Meet Your Mentor
Welcome to my inner circle of Sovereign Sisters! I am so excited to hold hands with you and be your guide as we elevate together.
Over the last decade I have coached hundreds of women through every phase of life. My coaching offer began in the fitness space and developed over the years as I gained new experience in holistic healing modalities—yoga, trauma group leadership, nutrition, personal training, sacred ceremony facilitation and equine therapy. I really felt called to hold space for women after a significant loss in my own life and my own healing journey that followed.
Why am I the coach for you?
I have been you, girl. I spent years navigating as a single mother the American culture of what we have defined as “success”. Realizing that although I had achieved it, I still felt as though I was only surviving. My nervous system was beyond disregulated. I had repressed grief and shame living in my body rent free. I was medicated. On my journey to heal and set myself free while still paying the bills, I lost a family. I shed everything I was taught and conditioned to believe I “SHOULD” do, and started to live my life with intention, reverence, and finally created my own peace. At times, I wanted to give up—SO MANY TIMES!—, it felt impossible. But I learned to foster my own intrinsic strength and fortitude which is where I enter your life. You’re feeling exhausted, burnt out, stretched so thin you feel like you might snap. I’ve come out the other side. My life came full circle after leaving corporate America followed by a decade of adult industry work, and a total reconstruction of my own reality. I built this all myself, and you do not have to. I’ve done it, and I’m ready to teach you to embody your own life. Get clear on your vision. Rewire your brain. Rebuild so that you feel present, calm and in the flow all day long. I will help you find home, and build your personal map back to that place. Your soul can always return.
