As the founder of FitOasis Lifestyle LLC, I’ve spent the last 12+ years leading powerful lifestyle transformations. Being a student of life has shaped my whole-being approach to living and helping others do so in a more mindful manner. I will soon be offering my gifts as a Divine Feminine Healing Practitioner and Equine Therapy Specialist to our retreat spaces.
Today, I desire to combine my experience in real estate, hospitality, and integrative wellness to co-create transformational retreat experiences that nourish mind, body, and spirit. My vision is to help others reconnect with themselves and the earth—through community, sustainability, and soulful retreat design. As a single mother, including my daughter in this legacy mission is something I could not be more excited to embark on!

I’m Victoria Vasquez, and at my core, I’m a builder of businesses, relationships, and opportunities. I’ve always had a passion for creating things that matter, whether it’s launching a new venture, helping a vision come to life, or bringing the right people to the table to make a deal happen.
Over the years, I’ve worked across hospitality, wellness, and creative industries, wearing many hats; founder, operator, negotiator, and problem-solver. I thrive at the intersection of big ideas and real-world execution. I love taking something that starts as a conversation or a concept and turning it into a living, breathing business.
For me, it’s not just about making deals, it's about building trust, aligning values, and creating something meaningful that lasts. I care deeply about the people I work with and the impact we make together. I’m drawn to projects that are bold, grounded in purpose, and ready to grow.
Right now, I’m focused on partnerships that blend strategy, soul, and scale and always open to connecting with people who move with intention and purpose.

My own journey into healing inspired a long-winded road of evolution in my path in helping others. From teaching at a major university to helping rehabilitate injuries and ailments in clients with what western medicine had deemed as “incurable” or “irreversible” conditions, my passion for easing others of suffering is ingrained into my consciousness to the extent that I am re-entering the educational route to pursue becoming a Doctor of Natural Medicine.
My core objective as a facilitator is to provide a safe and motivating presence to allow you to feel confident and free in your own authenticity during your retreat experience.
