I didn’t build this for everyone.
I built it for the man that nobody is worried about.
He’s not falling apart. From the outside he looks like he’s got it all together… career, maybe a family, works hard, shows up.
But there’s this quiet thing underneath. This feeling like he’s going through the motions. Like something got left behind somewhere and he can’t quite name what it was.
I know this man, because I was him.
Going through the motions. Feeling like there had to be more to this… more to life… but not knowing how to get there or even what I was looking for.
That’s what I built the Ascendant 30 container around. 30 days of breathwork, real men’s work, and the kind of questions that don’t let you off the hook. This is a group container, where we hold each other accountable. Finally let go of the things holding us back, and move forward with clear purpose and vision.
